Zhuge Liang
Zhuge Liang, chancellor of the Shu Han state during the Three Kingdoms period, is reputed to have invented military devices such as the Zhuge repeating crossbow and the "wooden ox and flowing horse" (mechanical transport vehicles). He's also credited with creating the Zhuge lock and Kongming lantern. These inventions not only showcase his brilliance and ingenuity but also highlight the technological achievements of ancient China.
